Today we had a lady called Chloe come in and talk to us about eating healthy food and not to have to much sugar in our food. Here I will put up some food Pyramid pictures for you to have a look.

  1. Eating healthy and drinking a lot of water to stay healthy. If u hve to much sweets and sugar u could end up with diabetes and u dnt wnt to hve tht at a young age.so kids eat healthy.tamara I am happy to c u stating to eat more salads.🍌🍏🍊🍉 vegetables and fruits r really healthy u got to hve thm for ur iron etc.
